Patients Applaud Results of Fraxel Laser Treatments

It’s so very gratifying to me that my patients, both men and women, are getting such wonderful results from their Fraxel laser treatments.
As discussed in previous newsletters, Fraxel is a safe, non-invasive laser treatment that is effective for all skin types. It has been FDA-approved for the
treatment of wrinkles around the eyes, age
and sunspots, brown spots, acne
scars and surgical scars, and for skin resurfacing.
I recently had the pleasure of treating a
53-year-old female patient, Mei Lan, of Torrance, who had exceptional results from her Fraxel treatment. Mei Lan, who is of Pan Pacific heritage,
was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She enjoyed many years of fun in the sun as a lifeguard, swim instructor and surfer, which resulted in brown facial pigmentation.
She also had deep acne scars and deep pores, which concerned her.
After just four Fraxel treatments, Mei Lan’s skin tone and texture are
greatly improved, and her skin is smoother and fresher looking. Her acne
scars have a noticeably improved appearance, too.
“I look 10 years younger and my face now matches how I feel, which is young, vibrant
and energetic,” said Mei Lan. “Some of the fine lines in my forehead and around my eyes
